1. Operating Entity & Overview

Welcome to PetGlaze. This website (https://petglaze.com) is operated by PetGlaze Pte. Ltd. (Registered in Singapore). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to PetGlaze Pte. Ltd.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Custom Ordering & Photo Guidelines

To produce handcrafted, personalized artwork, you are required to upload high-quality photographs of your pet during the checkout process.

• Photo Quality Responsibility: You are responsible for providing clear, well-lit, and high-resolution photographs. Final product clarity depends directly on the quality of the image provided.
• Right to Reject Photos: PetGlaze reserves the right to reject photographs that are unlawful, offensive, infringement of third-party rights, or technically unsuitable for high-quality production. In such events, we will notify you to submit an alternative photo.

3. Artistic Interpretation & Production Proofing

Each custom artwork is rendered individually by our artists. By placing an order, you accept that artwork is a creative interpretation of your original photo rather than an exact digital copy.

Proofing & Timely Response: If your order includes a digital proof review step, proofs will be sent to the email provided. If no response or feedback is received from the customer within a reasonable period (typically 72 hours), PetGlaze may proceed with production using the latest proof version to prevent fulfillment delays.

4. Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership

We respect creator rights and maintain balanced intellectual property boundaries:

• Customer Photo Rights: Customers retain ownership of the original photographs they upload. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your original uploaded photographs to PetGlaze.
• PetGlaze IP: Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, PetGlaze retains all intellectual property rights in the original artistic expression, digital renderings, custom illustrations, rendering style, website content, and design elements created by our team.
• Limited Grant: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the physical handcrafted product and digital proof for non-commercial, personal use.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because PetGlaze items are bespoke, personalized goods crafted specifically for you, order modifications or cancellations are subject to production status:

• Before Production Begins: Orders cancelled before physical manufacturing or dedicated design work has commenced are generally eligible for a full refund upon request.
• After Production Has Commenced: Once design rendering or physical manufacturing has begun, cancellations, change-of-mind refunds, or standard returns cannot be accepted.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified during checkout. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery of the package by our third-party logistics carrier to your specified address.

All shipping and delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

7. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Reasonable Control)

PetGlaze shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics, acts of government or customs authorities, labor disputes, transport strikes, port congestion, or severe disruptions in regional freight networks.

8. User Generated Content & Reviews

If you submit product reviews, comments, testimonials, or photo reviews to our Site or official social channels, you grant PetGlaze a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

9. Prohibited Uses of Website

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
• To upload viruses, malware, or any type of malicious code;
• To engage in automated scraping, data harvesting, or automated bot access without express permission;
• To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order details or payment information.

10. Accuracy & Modifications of Information

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and shipping transit times. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

Except as expressly provided in our Guarantee policies, the Site, all content, and all products and services provided through the Site are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PetGlaze Pte. Ltd., our directors, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable mandatory consumer laws.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetGlaze Pte. Ltd. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party (including photo copyright infringement).

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore.
