As every PetGlaze piece is handcrafted and personalised specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement where applicable.
